We start with Trilby’s Heavenly Hatch, add some white cheddar & jalapeno for a little kick. Great hot or cold! For baked enchilada dip, mix packet with 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup cream cheese and 1 cup shredded chicken (optional). Place in small oven safe dish, top with pepper jack or cheddar and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or so until bubbly. Serve with corn chips.
