Packed with flavor, tender, and relatively lean, the tri-tip is cut from the bottom of the sirloin primal. A large cut with extensive marbling, it’s perfect for oven-roasting or grilling. After the tri-tip is cooked, cut it against the grain for the perfect melt-in-your-mouth finish!
