  • 1 lb ground wagyu beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 8-12 taco shells
  • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, cheese, sour cream, etc.)

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground wagyu beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess grease.

  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and oregano to the pan and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Stir in the salsa and let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Pour the mixture into a large freezer-safe container and let it cool completely. Label the container with the date and the contents.

  5. When ready to enjoy, remove the container from the freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

  6. Heat the taco shells in the oven or on the stove until crispy and warm.

  7. Spoon the thawed wagyu beef mixture into the taco shells and top with your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, cheese, sour cream, etc.
