Wagyu Meat Balls

Wagyu meatballs are like the black-tie events of the meatball world. They bring a touch of sophistication and elegance to any meal, with their rich, buttery flavor and tender, juicy texture. These meatballs are so good, you’ll want to throw a dinner party just to show them off to your friends! Just be careful, they may cause a stampede in the kitchen, with everyone clamoring for a taste of this haute cuisine in ball form.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground Wagyu beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground Wagyu beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and lightly browned on the outside.

  5. Remove from oven and let cool. Then, transfer the meatballs to a freezer-safe container, separating each layer with parchment paper.

  6. Label the container with the date and contents, and freeze for up to three months.

  7. When ready to use, simply reheat the frozen meatballs in a saucepan on the stove over medium heat, or in a microwave-safe dish. Serve with your favorite pasta, or in a sandwich or wrap.

Enjoy your delicious and convenient Wagyu meatballs!
