Wagyu Sliders

Wagyu Beef

Wagyu beef sliders with provolone cheese make for a delicious and satisfying appetizer that is perfect for parties and get-togethers. These sliders are made using high-quality wagyu beef and melted provolone cheese, making for a rich and flavorful bite.

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 1 lb wagyu beef, ground
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 slices of provolone cheese
  • Butter, for brushing
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, ketchup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, season the ground wagyu beef with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Divide the seasoned beef into 12 portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  4. Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through.
  5. While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half and brush the cut side with melted butter.
  6. Toast the buns in the oven for 3-5 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  7. Remove the patties and buns from the oven. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of each patty.
  8. Assemble the sliders by placing the patties with melted cheese onto the bottom half of the toasted buns.
  9. Top with your desired toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, or ketchup.
  10. Serve the sliders immediately, while they are still warm and the cheese is melted.
