Wagyu Stir Fry Sliced

Wagyu beef is a type of beef that is known for its tenderness, marbling, and rich flavor. While it may seem like a luxurious ingredient, pre-cut wagyu beef can be a convenient and accessible way to enjoy this delicious meat without breaking the bank. In this recipe, we’ll be using pre-cut wagyu beef to create a quick and easy stir fry that is perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pre-cut Wagyu beef stir-fry pieces
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, cornstarch, and 2 tablespoons of water. Set aside.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and stir fry for 30 seconds.

  3. Add the sliced peppers and broccoli to the wok and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  4. Add the Wagyu beef to the wok and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until browned on all sides.

  5. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables and stir until everything is coated. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned and fragrant.

  8. Serve the stir fry hot, topped with the toasted sesame seeds.
